You need to yell the name a few times. The name needs to roll off your tounge. Hey face it we spend a lot of time yelling at dogs! I wanted to name them cuss words but my wife would not let me. I mean like shit, ok think about nameing him shit. first of all nothing rolls off the tounge better than a cuss. And it just flows for instence: "goood shit goood," or "come here you little shit." Damnit works real well to: "come here damnit"

our females- katie, freckles, dixie, tootsie, roxy, penny, gretchen, molly, brownie, chicken head and lady. chicken head is a plott hound that was almost killed by a rooster, our fifthteen year old three legged lab named sue killed the rooster. thats not a joke either
