I'm posting this for the Utah Federation of Houndsmen:

2007 Western Tradition Field Trial

The Utah Federation of Houndsmen will have the Western Traditions Field Trial on Oct 12th-14th. This is the biggest field trial of the year, there will be open and UKC events as well as the Sportsman’s Warehouse $1000 Lion drag. It will pay out $500 to 1st line and $500 to 1st tree, we will also have an awesome raffle on Saturday night and someone will have the opportunity to take home a NICE rifle.

We will be having a pot luck dinner on Saturday night so please bring your favorite dish.

Western Tradition Schedule of Events

Oct. 12 - UKC Bench Show 6:00pm, $5 dollar entry fee

Oct. 12 - UKC Night Hunt 8:00pm to 10:00pm, $15 dollar entry fee

Oct. 13 - Sportsman’s Warehouse $1000 Lion Drag 7:30 am (THANK YOU to Sportsman's Warehouse!!, please support them)

Oct. 13 - UKC Field Trials 8:00am, $5 dollar entry fee

Oct. 13 - UKC Open Field Trials 8:00am, $5 dollar entry fee

Oct. 13 - UKC Bench Show 5:00pm, $5 dollar entry fee

Oct. 13 - Kids Bench Show 6:00pm, Free

Oct. 13 - UKC Night Hunt 8:00pm to 10:00pm $15 dollar entry fee

Oct. 13 - UFH Raffle 7:30 PM

Oct 14 - UKC Field Trial 8:00am, $5 dollar entry fee - Open Field Trial 8:00am, $5 dollar entry fee

Directions:

The events will be held South East of Eagle Mountain. From I 15 take the Lehi Main Street exit, go west through Lehi (several miles) until you get to the eagle statue and main entrance to Eagle Mountain. Take a Left and follow this road through Eagle Mountain, take the first main dirt road to the south, go south about 1/2 of a mile, you will come to an opening in a fence take a left and head east up the hill. There will be signs.

I got a call this morning from a guy in this club ( My husband got the phone) asking us if we where going to be able to make it. Would love to but it is a long drive and our persue season is open now. Hope this event goes well for all of you.
