will the dc30 collars work with my garmin gps radios i allready have or are they differant

They only work with the Astro unit. They won't work with just any garmin GPS.

im shere its all on here some were but what kind of range will the astro have with dc30 collars in relatively flat country a couple miles or more? how long is battery life and is it worth canging over to all new tracking gear
