Females and Kittens can tree... Mustang hound style!

Post by Rockcreek »

For all of you naysayer, big tom track turner outers and tree huggin fools... Here is proof females and kittens can and do tree. All of these cats were left UNHARMED to run again.

Please keep up the hilarious posts though... it gives us something to laugh about. One of my buddies said... "If a kitten has balls, is he not a tom...?" LOL! We saw proof today that not all females with kittens end up stretched by hounds. Goodtimes.

That's why we hunt CULLS... they just bark at them until they go up the tree.

Nope not ALL of them get streched. Hope to hell that people arn't intentionally turning out on females with Kittens. #1 it's illegal in Utah and number two, we have to be careful to keep what hunting rights we have.

Nice pictures though and congrats on the catch!!!

Oswald, easy on the bluetick. He's my trashy dog and hes had a long couple weeks. You are right though, he does look lik a sack in that pic. Thats what they look like when they set on the chain all the time. Between you and me he just didn't like bein at a tree with rockcreek.

To all of Rockcreeks fans, don't get caught up in a few pics and a story to rile you up. The part of the story your not gettin is these cats have been killing sheep. We killed a dink tom the other day. Hated to do that because he is on private ground behind a locked gate that we have access to and have too many pups that need to be hunted. We went up today to see if anything else was around. Anyone who lives in central utah knows how much snow we got last night and all of today....... too much. We find tracks that are all snowed in and goin all over. Being idiots we couldn't even tell which way they were goin. Dumped a few dogs down, they went east and west and we ended up with a few cute kitties in a tree and one dog on the female up the canyon. Good part of this story is, the rancher didn't want to shoot the female with the kitties. I was suprised.......usually they are wantin to kill everything. If i had the money i would buy the sheep for the lions to eat if i could run them all year. What else are sheep good for anyway?

Not here to fight anyones battles, Rockcreek is a grown man and can take care of his own. Just had to defend Jasper because he can't speak for himself.

Best of wishes and happy huntin, jason
I'm thankful for being dumb and slow, then i don't have to over think this stuff.

Best of wishes....

I think it is funny that so many people are commenting on old Jasper... He sure has his covering of blue coat and his fill of penicillin that he's dealing with now, from the other cats he caught last week.. He is a damn good dog and if someone wanted to put a dog against him... I'd be game.

The dog in question in my pics, should be that trashy Walker lookin bitch of mine, "Liontracker already said she was worthless." She's been baying big lions in the face since she was 7 months old last winter... but she's tied to the base of a lion tree in these pics (I'll bet you she'd teach your dogs how to digest deer meat if you want to let them...). What did your dogs do yesterday?

Truth be known... I really don't give a rats ass. Rockcreek fans... no such thing. Just good bastards that hunt hard and some know me. I hope they all have as much luck as I do... That is to have guys like Poser, Poco, Lsorenso and the rest of these guys to help me get my dogs out and sometimes these CULLS even catch game... even treeing a female and some kittens.

Maybe... or your neighbors just get tired of you not hunting, and having to listen to your non hunted dogs bark all the time...? I'd love to see your dogs that get hunted more than that blue bastard. Take care.
