Post by houndcrazy93 »

hey everyone. i am looking to get another color. right now. cuz im going to be geting another hound. right now i use a wildlife matarial collor. i havnt had any probls with it yet, i also use a dc30 collor on the same dog. but what do u all think about regualr telemtry colurs. like johnson or marshel. i need one that last 4000 hours and up. cuz of biggame hunting. and i dont want to lose a dog.

Sorry about that i was trying to post this to the question I have found a collar made by F@F It has flashing led lights that you can turn off and on, a very good range on the coastal mountians ,replaceable antenas that you can get from the hard wear store, and runs 1000 hours on a four dollar batterie oh and it double flashes when you have a hundred hours left or something like that they are as light as they get to.

Can't help it. They are extra nice. I still don't like that they are changeable batteries. Or how expensive they are. But nothing comes close. I have just about every kind of collar. Magnum is a nice collar too, second best, if you've never used a Marshall. ;)

I have 8 Johson collars. They just sit in the bag or get used on the dogs we're not real worried about loosing. These collars are way older than I am, been refurb twice, once just this spring. They work, they are reliable. But I guarantee you wouldn't even know one of the Johnson's were in the same woods as the Marshall/Magnums. I know I've tried it!
