Hey guys... I'm wondering if you or someone you know has recently gotten a female redtick hound that would now be close to 9 months old. Near as I can gather, she should be somewhere in the Northwest (Northern CA, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, or even Montana). She is heavily ticked with a red spot on butt and her head is also red. Just wanting to find out where she is. Her name was Shilo when I had her. Thanks!
Are you the New Owner of a young REDTICK female?

She wasn't REALLY stolen... but in a way she was.... bad dog deal i guess you could say. She was on trial for a weekend with a guy in southern oregon, he was supposed to be a friend and was supposed to bring the dog or the money back on that Sunday night. He refused to do either once he had her.... said he didn't have a use for her because she wouldn't bark at a caged critter (which i know is BS)... but he said he had a buddy who wanted her for a brood bitch. We told him no, if you don't want the dog, bring her back. He claimed he owned her and could do what he wanted... We told him that since he didn't pay for her, he doesn't own her! The lies from him kept coming, eventually he said that they treed a lion, went down to the tree, killed the lion, looked over and the pup was laying there dead with her throat ripped out. I don't believe his story for one second, but if that is the truth why won't he provide me with a pic of her (dead) and send me my collar and the money for her???? I believe that he sold her to someone else. I'd love to have her back, but finding out what the REAL story is and what REALLY happened to her would be nice.
Here are a few pics... they aren't real good because I had to take a picture with my cellphone of videos I took with the camcorder....

If there is someone out there doing that kind of crap then you should give a name so everyone else can can be warned not to do dealings with him. Sorry about your loss.
