hows the pursuit going

well its pursuit season here in oregon i dont know about other states but just was woundering how everyone was doing chasing them little cats around the woods. my dogs are getting older and improving greatly sence last year so far i have been on a hand full of races and a couple ended at the tree. i had my 2 year old tree her own cat the other i decided to leave the other dogs at home and just take her she did real good.

Slow here.. I am without a truck until the other half gets home from guiding.. Gone out three times and treed twice with the meat.... Not bad for a bunch of soft, out of shape dogs, who aren't supposed to be able to catch anything now that the lead dog is gone :shock: Of course I won't tell you how much deer chasing out of those wound up pups have happened either :roll: But I have gotten some good tri-tronics lessons in and remember why you don't dump 4 pups into a cold bobcat race :wink: And the old dogs have done a good job ignoring the balls to the walls screamers we have had LOL

Can't wait for the snow!! Over Thanksgiving weekend last year we did really well for catching stubbies... Course that was our first big snowstorm.. Keep yours fingers crossed that it happens again!!
