What are you going to hunt with it? big diff. in the two breeds

I have five hounds right now, hunting coon, bobcat and lion. Looking at selling two or three and trying a cur. Dennis Biggs in Belgrade, Montana is taking deposits on a litter next summer. Looking for breeders that are within a couple hundred miles of me, so that I can drive to their place, look at their dogs, talk to them in person and see if one of their dogs would work for me.

I think a Kemmer would suit you better for what you are hunting. Most BMC run silent & are warmer nosed. If you just need some grit the BMC would work. Most Kemmers will cold trail, open good on track and are great tree dogs
