trying cat hunting in oregon, need help

Post by l585808 »

Me and a friend are going down to oregon to do some cat hunting, but I dont have a clue where we should go. Anyone from oregon want to share there spots?? I would greatly appretiate it, or we could go with someone that would be even better.

Oh didnt you get the memo, there arent any bobcats left in Oregon thats why they doubled the price and lowered our tags to five.

We have cats every where in Oregon. All you have to do is get into the woods with a cat dog and you will catch them. Good Luck Dewey

Why are you posting this in lion hunting? There is no lion hunting in Oregon. What side of Oregon are you thinking of visiting? Do you have dry ground cat dogs or are you looking to get into the snow?

I doubt any locals are going to give out their hot spot. I haven't figured out a way to get them to not be so tight lipped. I went with some guys from WA and started branching out and exploring new areas on my own. Definitely not the cheapest way to go but like Dewey said, there are cats everywhere, just have to have dogs that can catch them. Oregon has a lot of area to hunt compared to what is around my neck of the woods. Good luck in your search, and happy hunting.
