Story goes like this or something like it; I found this track in the dirt while rabbit hunting the sage flats some day and a half prior. I turned out my potlicker and trailed from 2pm till late in the eve and pulled the dog.The following day was as good as it gets for weather. The sun was bright temp were cool, but nice. I trailed from 7am till night when I finally got it jumped, but my dog was so sore it could no longer take the track. I had covered 32.6 miles from where this hunt had started via(Garmin GPS). I was so mad I couldn't continue but was proud and I mean proud of my 7 month old, so I fed my potlicker a piece of meat and let him sleep in the house that night. So the following morn I called some more "Best of the Best" for .....lets just say back-up.

I usually don't post my pics from all the hunting I do.I never want people to steal my pics and use them in other ways that are not to my standard or approval but, I will put a couple pics from this last hunt " 1/1/11".This is a hunt with some of No.Utahs "Best Of the Best".
Myself included.

...off we went. The track was a little blown in at that time and moving was slower than usual but, it didn't go far and treed they came. here a couple picks... bad tree but very fun hunt with some good guys. If I just had one of Big"R" falling some distance out of a slippery tree clinging for dear life

Great STORY there! If the dam dogs would stay on the ground someone wouldn't fall out of trees getting them down. I'm thankful a living legend let me tag along for this hunt.
