finally-had a good day

Post by pete richardson »

treed this beast yesterday- -

john spring myself and gary taylor -john said it was a team effort--it sure was- :)
Image

twig and scout with their first cat - im calling a buddy to rub it in a little --i think he said if we ever get a cat he would pay the taxidermist - - lol
Image

- day and a half old track--worked all day to get it going -old snow- -whole woods tracked up-
deer yards ,porky trails ,coyote and fisher all over
-almost an impossible track but we worked at it all day and finally paid off-

i am so proud of john's twig dog -i could just bust--
:)
- hes not a year old yet --

i dont use the word natural too lightly but i think he is one-

we have putting way too much pressure on this pup and he gets better every time out

we also found some nice moose sheds-

-this is john's son tyler
- who is an experienced moose hunter himself --

Dam... Pete you serious hunters sure make alot of us look bad. Im sure i woulda pulled the dogs off in the first 100yrd and said screw that track. Now i might of killed my self to find them moose sheds but not for that bobcat. Sounds like you really deserve that trophy bobber. DG
