Not seen one, but know a few folks that have seen them work overseas.
They are specialized blood trackers, bred for this purpose, specifically.
They do their job extremely well. Perfect sized dogs with a very sensitive nose.
You will not see any here, they 'guard' them in Germany from export.
I dont think they would be utilized properly in America, as our hunting is vastly different.
Teckels, Drahthaars and other dogs do a more than adequate job in tracking and recovering wounded game and are being used here for this purpose, so the BMH will never be popular here imo.
To learn more of them, you might be interested in reading Deer Search, group of folks dedicated to recoving wounded game-deer, bear and they test their dogs for this purpose.
The President of Deer Search has experience with BMH and many dogs, has been on close to 1000 game recoveries in his lifetime.

i think theres a couple guys in georgia that have them for bloodtracking i heard the one did a 48 hour track after a good rain there awesome dogs
