do the high voltage power lines do damage to the garmin? i have a place i exercise the dogs that is under them the whole way. i've been using the area the last couple months. it still works fine but it does make the needle point in the exact oppisite direction of where the dogs are. my reason for asking is when i get out of truck and unload dogs i get a small shock when i touch a screw in the plastic bed liner. dont want to screw up my astro.
