no 2 way radios? what happens if you go out hunting and your buddy doesnt make it back to camp and his life is lost due to not being able to use radios and getting in contact with anyone? i need to double check the regs here im pretty sure you can use them but you cant sit on a mountain top watching a heard of elk and talking back and forth with a hunting buddy letting him know where to go and where the elk are moving etc..

I don't know the guys in question but to me it sounds like some deer hunters who decided lions look better then their ol lady's rack and bought some hounds to go kill them lions.
