Scotts Mills is a nice spot. There realy isn't alot of road to drive. You can go up by the falls and those roads will take you all the way back to Molllala. I grew up near scotts mills and had quite a few encounters with cats. I have been maping that area for a bit and plan on hunting that a bit this winter. There is a new OHV area up there, so expect to see a few people. There are plenty of fuzzy bunny wabits and game birds for the bobcat to feast on so you shouldnt find it hard to strike tracks. I have also seen some vary nice bucks up there and a few Bear. Good luck. PS just buy a good map and drive it. A good map will tell you whats public and whats privite :agmnt
