Hello from the Ozark Mountains

[Missouri Boy]

Hello my name is Jason Raulston I live right smack in the middle of the the Ozark Mountains in Missouri. I have ran Foxhounds,Beagles,& Coonhounds all of my life. I now use Catahoulas, Treeing Walkers,Walker Foxhounds,Mountain Curs, and a variety of Crossbred dogs to hunt Hogs and Bobcats. I hope to add some American Leopard Curs to my pack soon. Hope everyone is makeing it through summer all rite. Me and a buddy went huntin last night, we hit a track around a old pond about midnight 6 miles south of my house. They must have bayed and treed it at least 15 times, the last time it jumped and we finally caught them it was breaking daylight. This was not the average Cat for our area it had a long tail and was much Lareger than your standard Bobkitty! I' m sure this is going to happen more and more often, as Mountain Lion sightings are becoming more common all the time in Missouri. Last fall some people videoed my friends July Foxhounds Running, Baying,and Treeing about a 300 pound Black Bear.Anyway Y'all have a good 4th of July!
