Van Johnson's SHADOW....

Post by poser »

Anyone have any dogs directly out of Van's Shadow? If so what is the female?

Thanks, jason

Brandon Maxwell is the only one I know of. I am not sure what the Dam is, Trevor would know.
I think he is getting up there in age now but they are still getting some Rock Stars out of him.

Shadow was one of the best all around dogs I've ever hunted with. If not the best! Some of my best dogs I've hunted were pups out of shadow. My CB dog was a direct son of shadow and CB is Rushs dad. CB is still alive back east. Wish I had him back now. There are very few direct sons or daughters of shadow still alive.
