Streamlight Stinger

Post by Unreal_tk »

Do you hunt at night? I do time to time. I got tired of lugging spotlights in my pack so I went shopping and found this light. Its about the size of a maglight but more powerful than most cheap spotlights. The downside is its life is an hour with no replaceable batteries but rechargable in the truck or home. It is a little on the spendy side but well worth it. Its fairly durable compared to the average spotlight as well. I would recommend Buddy to sell this product and parts!

I have an ultrastinger that puts out 270 lumens. I have had it for a few years now. If you search amazon they have a few flashlights that are more powerfull for a decent price. My ultrastinger will last all night and makes a maglight look rediculous in comparison.

I've got two of them that I've had for years. Thats all I use for Cooning, and they sure seem like they last pretty decent amount of time to me. At least 3 hrs or so if they are fully charged. They are a LOT brighter than anything I've found for the size/price. They are a good investment.

I have one and also a SureFire light.. I like them both..

I just take a cheap walking light and use the Streamlight or the SureFire for shining.. Works well for me..

Im not shure about the old stingers but the new ones come with a extra rechargeable battery. I use one of the cheap clip on lights on my hat for walking and save the battery on the stinger
