Nevermind then, guess I'll just pay my taxes and license fees and let the government do their job. Besides the wolves the state has been doing pretty good.

Sorry, I just stumbled onto this post. The IHA is an organization set up to help preserve hound hunting, by being invovled with the fish and game, and other organizations. It was also set up to promote ethical hunting practices. The last several years it has turned into more of an event oriented club. This March new officers were voted in, and we are all on the same page to get the club back on track. We have a lot of work to do in order to accomplish this. The bylaws need to be gone through, and put back into thier original form. The website is completely inaccurate on its description of the club as well. I hope this answers some of your questions. If not, let me know. Tim.

When I was in the American Fisheries Society I was asked to be on a commitee to revise the bylaws. As the only undergrad and being brand new to college I didn't end up with much say, but I have a little experience with it. Had to make the state and national chapter happy as well as the local unit.
