Garmin repair in Canada, where does i guy need to send them.
I have and Asto that seem to have a broken antenna connection, one DC30 with a broken on/off switch and one DC30 that won't do anything at all.

i'd just send back to garmin them self. i have had good luck getting stuff back the week after sending it in.

i sent mine to a place in quebec called Raytech electronics. they dont repair they replace with refurbs. I paid 172 for the astro, think a refurb collar is 80. no question asked about canadian adress. you can google them or pm me for their website

are they the american system? the CRTC has the canadian system regulated down so you dont get the range as you would if you got one from the states.

Doug, Raytec in Laval is the place. They will replace on guarantee or sell a refurbished if you send in the old one. I believe Jake is right about the collars being weaker north of the border.
I was told so by Garmin. I ran one all spring with no problems though it might have less range and the battery seems to run down faster. Wish I knew how the scale back the power, could it be just the battery?
