hey guys I just wanted to mention my operation to a few of you houndsmen..I have been a hog hunting dog guide for going on nine years and have handled dogs since i was six and have a strong passion for dog hunting.. So instead of being the back bone to other operations i have decided to finallly run my own operation. the past year i have been taking bear hounds from upstate new york and running them on hogs due to the short training season you guys have..Here in ga i run hounds on hogs year round and can have a dog going strong within a few weeks ..The dogs will be hunted hard and put on hot tracks daily if weather permits..running bear on hogs teaches a dog to run track and bay and also conditions them .. so rather you have a yound hound needing woods time or a finished dog needing tuned up I can do it.. check out southern pro hound hunting on facebook and check us out.. our website should be finished soon..
