The difference between Guts and Balls

To those of you who are nit-pickers about the meaning of words.
There is a medical distinction between the words "Guts and Balls"
Guts - is coming home late after being out with the boys, smelling of beer and cigar smoke, being met at the door by your wife with a broom and having the Guts to say
"Are you still cleaning or are you flying somewhere"
Balls- is coming home late again ,smelling of beer , perfume and having lipstick on your collar and slapping your wife on the butt saying
" Your next chubby "
Medically speaking the out come is the same.
BOTH RESULT IN DEATH!
