Puppy in Wyoming
Im new to the site and hound hunting. I moved to Wyoming little over a year ago, I work at a ranch and for an outfitter, Bear Basin Adventures. I just got a Redbone, Black and Tan mix, she is 9 weeks old. Obvously too young to do anything with. But I would like to learn as much as I can about lion hunting before she gets older. I guess Im hoping someone in my area might let me tag along on a hunt and maybe show me a thing or two. I live in Dubois, Wy if anyone would be willing to let me tag along on a hunt or two I would appreciate it. Thanks.

that pup is NOT too young to start messin with. Search my name and you will find where I posted some instructions on how to start a pup. I'm not some guru but it's worked for me. Good luck. Also there is alot of info on this site. Search pup training or something similar.
The long bawl in early fall,the steady chop, the hammer drop. The chase and the tree, the passion of hunting for you and me. The old dog and the pup, the juvenile thats always corrupt.The snow the rain the laughter and pain. These dogs called hounds, we chase through the brush, waiting for the tree, our next big rush.
