Has anyone had issues with there transmitter not charging? I purchased a new shock collar set up and when I plug the transmitter in it shows a blinking red light even after many hours.i called tritronics and they say just keep unplugging it and plugging it back in.can someone please tell me if I'm doing something wrong or should I send it back

Make sure it's seated all the way in the cradle...sometimes you'll have to twist it a bit to make it seat properly.

mine are sensative to overcharging. couple times on my reciever and my collars if I charge them too often or leave them on too long the light stays on and they won't work. you just have to hard restart the battery or let it go dead and then charge it again. hope this helps, jared.
