Alpha collars hosed up

I just bought the alpha system with 5 collars. I've used it 3 times. Yesterday all 5 collars were working good most of the day And then 3 of them all of sudden changed and said my dogs were 300 miles away. The other two are working good. The bad thing is the dogs were on a lion all day and due to the hosed up collars I cannot find my dogs. Any ideas on what's wrong with those damn collars and can they be reset before I lose battery life

I had this problem before, dont know if yours is the same. When I turned the collars on I held the button too long and they went into sync mode. I think the latest update fixes this as they will switch out of sync mode after two minutes. As for your lost dogs good luck.
