Check your luggage for free!

A very staunch woman is traveling from New York to London. She is taking multiple large suitcases. She gets to the airport and goes to the counter to check her luggage and get her boarding pass.

The woman at the counter checks her in and says: "Ok ma'am it will be 150 dollars to check these bags."

The traveller is immediately upset and voices her frustration: "I already paid for my ticket and that was too much! Last time I took a flight it didn't cost that much to check my bags! I'm not paying 150 more dollars!"

The airport employee says: "I'm sorry ma'am but our policy has changed and I must charge 150 dollars to check your luggage."

The traveller proceeds to throw a fit, insulting the airlines, the airport, and of course the airport employee behind the counter. The woman behind the counter can see that the line is building up behind this woman as she has been in her rage for the last couple minutes. She finally interrupts the screaming woman and says: "I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you ma'am, I will load your luggage at no charge. Here is your boarding pass, have a great flight and again, my apologies."

The traveller proceeds out of the line and the next customer, a very nice, polite woman, approaches the desk and says: "I'm so sorry you had to deal with that awful woman, you handled that very professionally."

The employee says: "It's ok. See that woman is flying to London...(she is now putting the tags on the previous woman's luggage to be put on the plane)



and her bags are flying to Hawaii."
