if u ran in the same area with the same dog which would be harder to catch.

Re: cat vs fox
I feel in their own way they both can put on a good show. I can put you on some dog smart fox in some steep brushy country that will give you a new respect for the fox. The bobcat will play more of a game were the fox will run harder. I won't pass up one for the other Both make for a great race I think if you have a dog that can catch either one of them or both on a regular basis you should keep feeding them. I do think a cat is smarter

Re: cat vs fox
A fox is a little easier to locate and i think puts out more scent when jumped so i would have to say the bobcat is harder to catch. Both critters put up a heck of a race !

Re: cat vs fox
Do y'all consider a fox run into a gopher hole a catch ?
Re: cat vs fox
If I know the dogs put him in that b hole I'd say so. Much like a bobcat in a rock, in the bank or coon a hollow

Re: cat vs fox
Cats are trickier, grey fox are tougher. With one dog, absolutely grey fox.
