Another shoot from the hip recipe.
Hope I remember every step.

Chop a good size yellow onion.
And a Bell Pepper.
Put in food processor.
Add
1 teaspoon dried Parsley.
3 Cloves smashed Garlic.
1 teaspoon salt.
1 Tablespoon Sugar.
Grind in some pepper.
1 teaspoon celery seed.
Process.
Add
1 cup Mayo.
1 teaspoon lemon juice.
1 teaspoon processed mustard.
1 teaspoon Horseradish. Your choice!
Process.
Should be getting creamy.
Spoon into big bowl.

Quarter head of cabbage and core.
Put a chopped up quarter at a time into food processor and pulse till fine.
Add to sauce and mix well.


Not Bad!
