I wrote an article on the lion hunt I did with Larry Anderson in Kalispell, Montana. Son Steve and I were up there shooting a story for CARNIVORE and the hunt had so many highs and lows that I had to write it for THE JOURNAL OF THE TEXAS TROPHY HUNTERS magazine.
While most of the magazine is about big deer, giving the readers some variety is a good thing. I feel the more positive exposure that we can get for houndsmen, the better. If you have a chance to read it, hope you enjoy half as much as we did hunting.

Several guys have been wanting a copy of this magazine and if you are interested, call (210)523-8500. Tell them that you want a copy of the July-August issue for the article on lion hunting, this will give me more ammo when I want to write an article on hound hunting.
