QUESTION

I turned out on a older track in melting snow yesterday ended up trailing it about a mile into a wash where we ended up finding the bob that we was trailing dead. you could see where two cats where fighting and you could see where the one dragged and buried the other one which was a mature female cat. may be a dumb question but is this normal? I know a tom will kill younger cats. but will a tom kill a mature female?

I'm not sure if they will kill them for sure.But I would guess they would. Had males eat dead one's in traps twice.
