Nose Bags on horses

Looking for ideas on how to make or where buy nose bags for horses or mules.The idea being that they can't stop to munch along the trail while trailing with either inexperianced riders or in a pack string.

There is a cribbing /grazing muzzle that might work better than a (moral) feed bag. The moral will cut the air down that the horse or mule gets while coming down the trail and they also may rip it if on a tree limb. This muzzle can be used in several ways and should serve the purpose.
