Post by Josh Kunde »

you have to scroll down unitl to the 11th mule by the name of Moses

http://stephensranch.com/sold.htm

I love how this mule is built and am looking for one built just like him. I found him on this site but he was already sold just wondering if you think he would be good for lion huntin and such. If anybody has a mule like this and is willing to sell it I am deffinetly interested!!!

just wondering, what is the purpose of mules and hunting? just to get you from place to place or do they have another purpose? i know in the old days they used them, i just don't know why
its not were you come from, its were your going

well gas doesnt cost as much for the mules around here, lol. But I just like them more, its more of a personal preference than anything else.

i used to keep a few mules and i like them-- a mule is to a horse what a 4wd pickup is to a sports car --

one thing ive learned is there are mule lovers and mule haters -- i think that just depends on personality of mules theyve met-- :)

they say a mule never forgets and i belive it- he dont forgive you like a dog will either :)

wow josh i cant say ive ever seen a mule like that ----he is STOUT - -never had any experience with one built like that --
when the tailgate drops

Pete summed it up pretty good, and yes he is stout I really want to get one like that if not for lion hunting, to pack the whole damn elk out lol.

You mean a 4wd with the agility of foot to keep from slipping in mud or on rocks and the brains a horse will never have. They also far exceed the stamina of a horse and know their limits (they'll simply refuse to go on where a horse will kill itself because you ask it to and you'll be stuck in the middle of nowhere). That is a very strong-looking mule. Good luck finding one like him.
