Wounded Warrior in Action lynx hunt

Post by chilcotin hillbilly »

I spent the last few days with SSG (ret) Timm Gunderson chasing lynx and getting some exercise. After a long 3 hour chase through deep snow and piled up blown over spruce tree, nine mile of chasing, numerous jumps the dogs treed this great tom. We decide that this was the one, not only a great tom but the dogs deserved this one.
We waited in the temperatures hit -14 F before turning out on this track.
the dogs have some cold runs this week.

Great Job! You guys can keep that cold weather over there though. We've had a pretty mild winter so far and I'm hoping it stays that way.
