A bobcat story

Post by david »

Here is a hunting story for you. This was a real nice lady, who did not give up easily. If you click on the picture link, you can find a picture of her with the cat. The fur was messed up from being drug through the snow for a mile, but this was the prettiest cat I have ever seen come from this area. They usually are very plain, and not too pretty. It still puzzles me that this cat looked SO different than any other we had ever seen here.

Check out my latest DVD, CATASTROPHIC. It has nothing to do with hunting with hounds but there are over 20 daytime bobcats that are coming to my call. It will give you some insight on bobcat behavior. Some of the folks that have ordered it say that it is not only the best predator calling tape, it is the best hunting tape ever produced. www.burnhambrothers.com

Ryan, from your comments I feel that you do not understand what we are trying to achieve when we commit to do a video project. Since we are in the call business,we feel that the more a hunter know about the game pursued, the greater his or her chance of success. If an individual has success at hunting, they are more likely to continue with the sport. We feel and I am sure that you agree that we need more hunters. To complete a project such as this DVD of this length and quality will cost mid five figures and that is difficult to recover by selling DVDs. In order to reduce my cost of production we work with sponsors who also want to see more hunters in the field. Without Browning, Mossy Oak, Winchester Olin, Pentax, PREDATOR XTREME and Predator Snyper Styx we would not be able to provide an informational and educational tool such as this for this growing sport. Thanks for the reply and happy hunting.

I just thought this thread was an odd place for a sales pitch. I tend to be a bit sarcastic. I'm sure it's a great dvd. There is a book and video forum on this site.
