Pitbulls for something that not hogs

OK so this was told to me by a guy in Alabama that did ADC work. He was using pitbull dog to find beave dens and go in catch or push them into a trap. Was wondering if anyone has ever seen or done this I lost touch with the boy that done it and was wondering what kind of training a dog would need for that.

You would need to teach them to hold their breath a long time if the beaver missed the trap and the dog hit it. If and ADC guy needs a dog to deal with beavers, he is not much of an ADC guy, and that is coming from an ADC guy.
