Hound named COMET

Looking for some info on a hound named COMET out of Oregon or California. Wondering on breed and abilities. I was told the dog was an awesome bear dog and a great reproducer.

Well hes dead, the youngest direct daughter/sons out of him are 4 now, I own a majority of his second to the last litter as he was bred to my female and there 5 now.

He was from Oregon, and he has a son that has reproduced some very good dogs.They are crossed up dogs and they are as good and better than most dogs.They catch game.
