The dogs shouldn't decide the pack leader. The only pack leader is the handler and the dogs need to understand this. If you are letting them fight to decide the order get fighting chickens and get out of hounds.

I took the two pups and a couple of older ones out today to see if I could find a coon. I haven't had the two pups on anything yet just been Bear hunting the older group. They're 7months and I was very happy how they reacted to the coon hunt today. They got right in there and fought. They treed but ...

My oldest and I went out today. Sean took this boar with his bow missed first but made a perfect shot with the second. It was done when it touched the ground. My youg dogs did a fine job today. The dogs had it treed fast but took us 6 hours to figure out where they were and we still have go back ...
