does anyone know how to see the proposed rules for next season on the fwp site?

there are articles in several of todays papers on the increases that say the rules can be commented on at the fwp site, but there is nothing that i can see at fwp.

today i ran a big lion track from 9:30 to 3:30, 7 hours straight. the problem with quota is each outfitter will hire 5 or 6 guys to drive roads all night and claim every track. makes it kinda suck for the average guy.

in montana and idaho you cant freecast your dogs much unless you want them eaten by wolves. im really hoping for snow.

i mean before being chased. Im wondering if there are roads in an area if the cats will learn to stay away from them or learn not to cross them. this is in western montana.

hope this isnt too dumb a question, to what extent do some of you experienced guys guys think big cats will avoid crossing forest roads?

Im new here but was wondering if anyone would give an opinion on a sled im looking at for lion hunting. it is a 95 Skidoo 583 Rave with low miles and a paddle track for $800. I dont know if it is air or liquid cooled.
