I have several good friends that are houndsmen and we seldom if ever hunt together. Not that we dont want to, its just really difficult when hounds are not ...

Re: Question of the Day
Agreed Pegleg, I dont even take a pup in the first yr other than maybe some super short circles as he/she gets close to 1 yr old. I do alot of handling at home teaching commands and loading up during that time. Walks in the pasture to let them trail a rabbit or whatever their nose finds. So in ...

Garmin Collar Antennas
The plastic is worn off all the tips on my dogs Garmin collars. Does this cause any issues with tracking? I haven't noticed anything but I am curious. Has anyone tried dipping them into something like ABS pipe glue to re-coat them. And last but not least, any opinions on the best collar antenna out ...

No Scent and Back Trailing

Rather than ride all the way in we just laid out for the night in the next canyon. early the next morning we rode over to ...

According to Garmin the only way I can pair my DC50 collars to my new Alpha is to first pair them to an Astro 430, Once paired the 430 assigns a track code which I can then input into ...

Removing ID Plates
Maybe a dumb question; Does anyone have a good method for removing the rivets from their collar ID plates without melting or ruining the collar or possibly even the ID plate?
