right now i drive an hour every weekend to and from bear hunting, but i can hunt varmints out my back door. The dogs blow up often on coons at night :roll: :)

Yep the pack is pretty well lined out DI with the exception of one of the young dogs, she is better on cats than bear. when we rig a hot bear she runs around like a chicken with her head cut off, just better on cold tracks i guess

you're right about that RC... the more wether we get the worse the ...

well we started off on a record pace putting up several nice bears... Now we havent put up a bear in the past two weekends. We just rig bobcats :roll: , could be worse i guess. Atleast it gives me confidence in my rig dogs :)

half of my pen is made up of old school walker dogs and the other half are all mixed up. But regardless they were all bred best dog to best dog. They range from 45-65 lbs, built to run

I have a 7 year old rat terrier the is 2nd to none. I have never bred him and he is about the last of a great hunting blood tht was around these parts years ago. At first i hunted him on deer only and in the last two years he has seen about everything... great bobcat dog. He knows when we are ...

do yourself a favor and get a pup. Most year old dogs that people are selling is because they dont cut it in there pen, and thats not cuz the dog is junk but probably not brought up right or been around enough game. I have done it all and the yearling dog was my biggest mistake :roll:

Everyone says that Grawes is the best but ive used cronks before also... Grawes is chunky and kinda hard to dilute... Grawes seems to stick around alot longer, but i would rather the dogs have to work as hard as possible
