I have the 320 and a DC40. I still have my 220 and DC 30s. I run all of them side by side. The only difference I see is with the DC40. It takes a few moments longer than the DC30s to link up with the receiver. Other than that, I'm not seeing much difference. I will say that I bought telemetry to use when I'm bear hunting for the added security of battery life and range...

I have a 320 with a dc30 and dc40 and can barely tell the difference, I bet if someone switched my dog names I wouldnt even know it.
