Several years before finding this track, I watched, from a mile away, what I thought at the time to be a wovlerine loping accross a high tundra hillside. I was almost positive it was a wolverine at the time. This track was only a few miles away and I was minutes behind him. I knew the DOW biologist at the time and we sent these pics to one of thier 'experts' to verify it was a wovlerine track. They did and came back the next day and set up trail cameras in the area but never got a pic. I've since heard of two other sightings in the area here around my place since.

Call me crazy!... But we saw a wolverine here in Utah two years ago. It was in central utah. Talked to the sanpete biologist. And it wasn't the only sighting there either.

Dan, it looks like you are way ahead of most hunters in the track finding area. Turn that dog loose, and go catchem. Here is the track we ran a couple Sundays ago.
