I told the wife if she doesn't go to the WA Banquet this weekend that she had to go to the OSDA Convention and to Powers on Labor Day. She made plans for this weekend, so looks like I am going to force her to go.

We will be there unless I get pulled over on my way with some scrawny chick tied up in the back of the truck!

tonight i will put up some phone numbers for the park and the motel so people can start reserving a place to stay . people this thing is looking like there can be over a hundred hunters not counting there wifes and kids . this could be something that continues for years and years .

Andy, I drove all the way to Montana to get Page, the least you can do is come down and see us. Its not that far. It may only happen once. Hopefully not, but you may never know. You have enough time to plan it.

i would like to personaly invite some names i have heard over the years . if u know any of these legends could u call them and tell them i personaly want them to come. zip fendricks,jc freeman,the dotsons,the blankenships,tom barns,and any others u can think of that would like to be around the camp fire .

i bet if u get on line and look at air fair u could get a flight to eugene oregon a rental car and a couple nights at the motel for less that a thousand bucks. im going to be at the park from friday night untill monday , this could be a once in a life time gathering .

One thing that would help would be a somewhat formal setup for people to spread the word. If I knew the days and times besides places would help. Are we going to have a drag (is there going to be a small entry fee? ) ? Who to contact for questions?

Basicly what im saying is a better organized agenda would help. I will spread the word here if I get some times and what day.

EXAMPLE:

Date: Labor Day Weekend
Time: ?
Place: Powers Park in Powers, OR
Agenda: BBQ (Saturday Evening or Afternoon), Campfire Talk, Possible Bear Drag, Visiting Among friends, etc
