sonny turner called me tonight and said he will be there , with his son and grandson. i have heard about the turners for years . it will be nice to shake there hand and put a face with the name. i have been on the phone alot the last 3 or 4 days . i am suprised at the people that havnt heard about this . if u can make a couple calls and spread the word i would appreciate it . i am like a kid waiting for christmas , this will be a great time hope to see u there . if someone can invite tom barns that would be appreciated as well.
for those that are coming u can bring something to drink and chips and dips. i will have everything else . i will be there all day on saturday and serving food at 2pm . if u need directions call me at 541-404-2618

My father in law has hunted with and knows the turners. He says they have small ball of fire dogs, real gritty.

I hope you guys and gals have wonderful time! I wish I could attend but is way too far for me.

It sure would be nice if each of you would take some pics and post them when you can.

The gathering was a great time . There was about 60 give or take a few guest . I would guess there was close to 2000 yrs of running dogs standing around . I would like to thank Carrie Clay for getting some items sent to raffle off. I would also like to thank all the guys for pitching in and helping cover some of the food cost . Next year i will have more things to do and make it a 2 day event . Thanks again to all that showed up , it will be a gathering i will never forget.
