they say theres some good fox hunting there, know some guys that comes here to deer hunt , they say to run a deer there you abt got to have a broke deer dog theres so many fox, wish we had them like that here, we don't have many fox, and if we don't try to keep the dogs from killing them we wont have much to run, we might have 4 fox on 10 thousand acres

Same here southern fox. Not many fox left in south ms. Hard to find one to run sometimes. Plenty coyotes though. No trouble finding one of those. I like to run them just as well. I know some straight fox hunters don't like running them but we have some good coyote races here. More of those than fox races.

Don't know what part of the forest those guys was hunting but I deer hunted 38 days this season and only had 2 fox races with hounds that run 1 as good as the other

Its been a struggle for me also in my club, 20+ thousand acres and about six years ago all the fox vanished.....just started coming back on the out lying areas....never really figured it out either ????
