Sorry to hear about your hound BGH. Tough loss, sour way to end the season.

Went out this morning and ran a bear that ended up killing one of the best early starting dogs I have owned. My little Tick dog would have turned 1 on Oct 31 but didn't make it that long. When I got to her she was half dead already with her guts laid open and before I could carry her all the way back to the truck she died.

She was one heck of a dog for only being 10 months old. She made every bear tree but one during this summer training season. This sucks.

I hope all the rest of you have a little better luck.

Sorry for your loss. I know it wont help but at least she went out doing what she loved to do

BGH, That is hard to lose the young ones that are looking so good. Sounds like you have a good pack of dogs. It is a bad way to close out the good summer season that you had.
Good luck

Sweet pics Dennis congrats! Those young dogs are all pretty impresive in my book, its good to see old Ryan is producing some dandy's like himself, hopefully the finished products are as good as he is. Keep on catching the game Dennis and good luck.

Later man.
