Re: What kind of fox hunting is this?

I truly believe he is a troll. Those anti have been working hard east of the Mississippi. I really believe he is looking for the first state west of Mississippi to attack next.

New dog

My parents told me I could name my new pet dog anything I wanted and since I was a mischievous little boy, I decided to name the dog Sex.
It seemed funny at first until you understand all the confusion that this caused me in my later life.
Like the day that I went to the town hall to get a dog ...

Re: Garmin Alpha help

I do not think they will work without a good battery pack in them. You could need a new battery.

Re: GREY FOX RUN PATTERNS ON GARMIN

When I could turn my hounds a loose at night at the house, they would run a gray fox all night. Once he made the first circle, which would be half mile radius, they would run that same circle all night long.
To bad the guy that lives mile and half away, is a known dog killer. I don't run around the ...

Re: Blue Eyed Blueticks

I got them from an old coyote hunter. He has had the same bloodline all his life. He usually has a few calico, or blue eyed in every litter. He is a young 84 years old.

I added them to my pack of cat hounds. They just started going with the other dogs good. They don't seem to like to work a track ...

Re: RE: Re: Blue Eyed Blueticks

I think it happens in Julys also. I know I have seen leopard spotted Julys also.
I have not been around a dog with both eyes blue like you mentioned Perk. But my experience with a single blue eye has been just the opposite. I expect them to be at least as good as their peers, and probably better ...

Re: Running dogs that tree

The 2015 Bobcat Rendezvous, would be a great place for South texan and southern fox, to meet up and enjoy a great hunt. I know it is a long ways from South Georgia, but it would be well worth the trip.
I went last year, great people and hospitality. Lots Of cats and places to hunt.

Re: How young do you Start a Pup?

John,

I have four pups about three months old that I have been letting play and run outside with the cats and their kittens from the spring, have you seen any negative effects from raising pups with the cats like this till they are big enough to start hunting?
