Been running curs on cats for about 8 years here in PA. I have had good success and that is all I run. Kind of a mixture of bloodlines, and mostly nothing that most folks consider big game bloodlines. I have a older stock male out of a dog named Griz, I believe someone else on here is running dogs ...

Do you have any kind of a training season on cat ? Hard not to like them Mt.cur not many dogs can answer the call to perform all the different jobs like they do, Its like having 3 or 4 dogs wrapped up into one.

We can pretty much run whenever. Not really any closed season for training ...

The two white dogs are just local breeding. The one in the top picture is my original dog that we started running on cats. She has always been a good, solid dog. She has treed quite a few over the years. Always knew that she was doing what she was supposed to, very few faults except she just didn't ...

The second week was our best. Things got real tough the last week. Killed one Friday but didn't kill the last one we treed.

Both my brother and I wrestled. I stopped at high school my brother wrestled through college and trained in Colorado for the Olympic team, which he didn't make.

Worst season yet. Only had five days of snow during our season. Ended up with 3 here and got a real nice tom in Kansas. Praying for more snow next season.
